Returning a Non-Defective ProductAny unopened and non used product may be returned for full credit. You must contact customer service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number and return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The product must be in its original packing and never opened. Your credit card will be refunded or if a gift certificate was used a new one will be sent out. Simply report any damage to the customer service department with 5 calender days of receipt of product.
