All of Green Darlene's cleaning services are performed on an hourly basis. All cleaning teams are two person, with a minimum of 1.5 hours per team. 

Cleaning services  are available 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. Saturday cleanings require a 10% upcharge, which we use to further compensate our cleaners that choose to clean on Saturdays.

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning is subject to a $30 cancellation fee.

Clients may be present during the cleaning, or provide a key to be kept in a lock box and coded. Clients may also provide a code for garage entry if desired. All our cleaners are insured and bonded. Background checks are conducted for all our employees.

All payments are to be made with Visa or Mastercard charge. Credit card information is required for all our customers.

Green Darlene guarantees quality cleaning. We will correct any unsatisfactory work if notified of the problem within 24 hours of a cleaning.

Green Darlene requires no contract for clients, and welcomes any cleaning project for your home.
